To secure your child’s place at 2PRU Gymnastics Club, please complete the form below. This will help us gather all the necessary information to ensure your child is placed in the right class and has the best possible experience with us.
It’s important that you answer all the questions as accurately as possible, as this allows us to assign your child to the class that best suits their age, ability, and needs. By providing precise information, we can ensure your child is set up for success from the very beginning.
We’re proud that many of our members join us through the positive recommendations of their friends and family. If someone has referred you to 2PRU Gymnastics Club, please let us know who referred you and if you’d like to be placed in the same class as them. While we cannot always guarantee this, we will make every effort to accommodate such requests whenever possible and ensure your child has a comfortable and familiar start.
If you’re applying for a place for more than one child, you can submit multiple forms—one for each child.

What Happens Next?
Your information will be securely added to our internal database and placed on the waiting list for your selected class and preferred time slot. We understand how exciting it can be to begin your gymnastics journey, and we appreciate your patience as we work to accommodate your child's enrolment.
As soon as a space becomes available in your desired class, we will contact you directly. To ensure you don't miss our invitational call, please note that we will try reaching you from our phone number, (07) 700 141 222. We highly recommend saving this number in your contacts under "2PRU Gymnastics Club" so you can easily recognise our call when it comes through. We want to make sure for an efficient invite when it's your time to join us!
Before attending your taster session, you'll receive several important documents via email, including a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). It’s essential that this form is completed and submitted before your child’s taster session to ensure their participation. Please review all the documents carefully and complete before your child's taster session.
