Advanced Invitational

Key Stage 2, 3 & 4

Our advanced invitational classes are aimed for gymnasts who excel throughout our recreational classes/program. Gymnasts in these classes will have more responsibility and freedom over the skills in which they learn on all apparatus, our highly skilled coaches will progress gymnasts at a much faster rate. With advanced classes being aimed at our highest performing gymnasts it also means that they are the strictest discipline out of all of our classes, there will be a greater focus on strength & flexibility. Gymnasts will work hard towards goals and will be closely monitored by our top coaches, all progress will be tracked and recorded. Opportunities for gymnasts in our advanced classes range from entering competitions & displays to youth leader & employment positions with us!
