Consent and Opt-Out:

If you do not wish for your child to appear in media content shared on our social media platforms, it is your responsibility to inform the club immediately. To opt out, please contact us via email at info@2prugymnasticsclub.co.uk

Changing Consent: If a gymnast's parent or guardian initially consents to media usage and later changes their mind, they must notify the club in writing via email. We will make reasonable efforts and work alongside yourself to remove or update the media content in a timely manner.

Drone and Model Aircraft Usage:

To promote our social media to the highest quality, 2PRU Gymnastics Club collaborates with a highly qualified and officially licensed company who regularly capture a huge variety of gymnastics content from within the gymnasium. Please note that on occasion drones and model aircrafts may be in operation during your child’s gymnastics session.

Distribution and Alteration: 2PRU Gymnastics Clubs is not responsible for any further distribution, alteration, or use of media content by third parties after the initial upload or posting on our official platforms.

 

Media Linking: 

This policy applies only to media shared directly through our official website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. We are not responsible for media content shared or linked by others, even if it pertains to our club.
